Your bed will be covered with duvet in winter and with a bed-sheet, blanket and bedspread in summer.

All bedrooms have their own wardrobe, dressing table and luggage rack; in each wardrobe, our clients will find bed-sheets, towels, pillows and blankets; even an electric blanket.

KITCHEN

With door to the terrace and two windows, south-west facing with views over the swimming pool and the valley.

Fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, citrus juicer, blender, Moka coffee machine, espresso machine, Filter coffee machine, water boiler, cooking utensils and pots and pans of various sizes as well as platters, salad bowls, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The cooker and water heater run on butane gas.

The grounds

Fully enclosed grounds, main access with automatic gate from the Moreda road and second access to the grounds from the Goyán road.

The upper part of the Finca has the old stables, tool store and the oven, initially used for baking bread and now used as a BBQ

The grounds are planted with fruit trees: cherry, apple, plum, kiwi, olive, pear and fig trees; two wells provide sufficient water for irrigation.

Different clearly differentiated areas offer the guest different options for relaxation and leisure.

THE SWIMMING POOL

Dimensions; 3.20 metres wide by 7.90 metres long and is 1.90 metres deep at the deepest part and 1.20 meters at the shallowest end.

The pool between May and September is equipped with sun loungers and mattresses and pool towels are available at the property.

Children are not allowed to use the pool without adult supervision.

The Vineyard

The vineyard produces Mencía red grapes and the vine bordering the grounds produces white grapes.
